Every leadership failure that makes headlines — the compromise, the cover-up, the collapse — began years earlier as an identity problem. This module establishes the academy's foundational claim: leadership begins with identity. Before strategy, before skills, before influence, a leader must answer the question every other question depends on: who am I when nothing external is propping me up?
